Our auditing services are offered at either your site or ours. If required, we will set up a team to execute the full process at your site. This same process can be done at our own warehouses.

Transporting your assets

Anywhere in the United States or Canada, your computer equipment is picked up and delivered to our storage facility, audited and stored until you decide its future allocations. This is an optional service.

Assessment

AMC will receive the equipment, tag it for our warehouse, and assess it for billing purposes.

Debranding

AMC scrapes and removes all identification markers and tags on the equipment. We will clean off all asset tags and remove all company markings.

Electronic Wiping

AMC uses the latest electronic wiping techniques (exceeding DoD standards) in order to ensure no data is recovered. Company hard drives, data tapes, other electronic media are filled with important information. AMC’s electronic wiping system guarantees deletion of all data and will provide a certificate of data deletion. If a medium cannot be wiped, with your permission, it is destroyed by AMC. A certificate of physical destruction will then be provided.

Reporting

Reports are generated which keep track of make, model, and serial number of each piece of audited equipment. This database is available to our clients, via personalized internet login, fax or e-mail. AMC’s detailed asset disposition reports track each of your assets through to the disposal process.
