End-of-lease Management

Leased equipment must be returned to the leasor at the end of the term. This equipment needs to be debranded, asset tags removed and data destroyed. Equipment must be in a reasonable condition in order to avoid additional charges. These penalties are often substantial amounts which could have been avoided.

Equipment usually is shipped back to the leasor. Lessees are obliged to wrap, package, crate, and/or box this equipment. Waybills, documents, declarations, must be properly prepared. These procedures cost your company valuable time, money and manpower.
